Should you wish to make a complaint, below is the process that will be followed:

  1. Contact us here and tell us about your complaint.
  2. Complete and return a brief form to help us better understand the nature of the issue.

  3. We will do our best to resolve your matter quickly & fairly within 30 days through our internal dispute resolution system. Our complaints and disputes resolution service is provided free of charge.

  4. We will keep you informed about how we handle your complaint and provide you with reasons for our decisions.

If we require further information to determine or resolve your complaint, then we will inform you of this and agree with you the appropriate time frame, keeping you informed of the progress.
